Wing It Wednesday - PW is bringing you our first ever Wing contest! Red Cross Red Ball - Save the Date for the 2009 Red Ball benefiting Red Cross House and local disaster relief! This year’s Red Ball will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2009, at the newly renovated Please Touch Museum at Memorial Hall Fairmount Park. All proceeds from the Red Ball will benefit the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Red Cross and the operations of our one-of-a-kind Red Cross House recovery facility located in West Philadelphia. Red Cross House is a stable environment designed to help families find shelter and recover from a disaster by supporting their emotional, spiritual and physical needs. Your support at Red Ball helps to ensure that the Red Cross will always be there no matter the time of day or night.
